Masterplan for the Town of St Albans

Through a federal RAISE grant, the Northwest Regional Planning Commission of Vermont commissioned a transit and development study to look for opportunities in the Town of St Albans, VT. The town completely surrounds the existing city of St Albans and there is a mutual relationship sharing cultural, social, and infrastructural needs. Two separate plans below describe potential development conditions infill vs. greenfield development in the two town growth centers.
